Additional Fees: 

 

We do not bill commercial insurance plans for overnight Pulse Oximetry tests, they are a flat rate cash price of $50.

Payment Options: 

 

We accept most forms of payment, including credit cards, checks and cash. If you have a high out-of-pocket cost and need to set up a payment plan, please call us for options.

Cash Prices: 

​

We have some of the lowest cash prices in the state. If you have insurance, we will submit the study for authorization first, in order to get an out-of-pocket estimate from your insurance company. If you don't have insurance, or would still like to pay cash instead of using your benefits, just let us know when scheduling.
